xrecode II

XRECODE II is a software tool for converting between a lot of audio formats. It supports RealAudio files decoding and can convert multiple files in parallel using multi-core processors.

The interface is really simple and straightforward, without anything fancy. It can convert between M4A, WMA, PGG, WAV, FLAC, APE, MPC, RA and Wavepack. The software also has a CD ripper built-in.

XRECODE II also supports command-line functions in a DOS-style manner.

The trial version of XRECODE II is fully functional but has a nag screen.
