imgSeek (for Windows) is a beautiful and helpful image viewer and organizer perfect for maintaining a collection of images such as digital photos.
imgSeek, though an image viewer, is actually also an image search engine which can help you find images by sketch. That is, you can find images silimar to one another by double-clicking on a thumbnail in your gallery. You may also draw a sketch of what you're looking for and imgSeek will display images it calculates to be similar.
Version 0.8.5 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
