E is a lightweight and robust text editor for Windows with support for tabbed editing, syntax highlighting (html, xml, php, etc), unicode support, undo and redo history and search and replace.

E Text Editor is also a collaborative text editor and comes with full support for file editing among groups with change history recorded. E also includes many unique abilities and features not standard among its rivals.

The E Text Editor also leverages the full power of a unix scripting environment and its integration with cygwin allows you to access many UNIX tools.
