WebEdit 2002 is a legacy HTML editor which supports previous versions of CSS and outdated HTML standards.
The program is a good tool for editing HTML code as it supports proper (HTML4) syntax and can easily add elements to HTML documents without much fuss. One good thing about WebEdit 2002 is that it supports syntax highlighting and color coding.
Apart from HTML, WebEdit 2002 also supports adding JavaScript and CSS to web pages.
Version 1.1.72 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
