Wallpaper Updater is a free desktop enhancement application which updates your desktop wallpaper on an interval. It features some customization options which are not available from within the Windows 7 wallpaper changer.

In order to take full advantage of Wallpaper Updater, users should download a set of wallpapers they enjoy from the web and place them in a folder on the hard drive. From there, you are able to choose whether wallpapers will be changed randomly or consecutively by file name. You're able to change the wallpaper every time you boot up, once a day, once a week or even once a month.

Wallpapers can also be display as the actual resolution or stretched to the size of the screen. A number of filters are also available (close to the bottom of the program main menu).

Easy to use, easy to install and easy to remove if Wallpaper Updater isn't your cup of tea. Supported on XP, Vista and Windows 7. Accessing the main menu is by right clicking the desktop, also when you will be able to choose the next wallpaper.
