Theme Manager for Windows can really add some creativity to your desktop. It allows companies or individuals to add some branding to their desktop, modify the start button, title bars and icons.
Several different themes are available directly from Stardock Systems and from the themes that you can download from their site, you are able to create customized themes by mixing and matching different elements from those custom themes, thus creating your own custom theme.
The overall goal of using Theme Manager is to completely change the way Windows looks. You can use these themes to create custom Windows 7 themes, or simply apply the looks to other versions of Windows like Windows Vista or Windows XP.
