Lines can have bookmarks placed on them either by choosing the "Add Bookmark" command from the "Search" menu. To go to the next choose the "Next Bookmark" command, to go to the previous choose the "Previous Bookmark" command.
Version 3.0.0.4830 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
