TextCrawler is a freeware application which comes in handy for coders, writers and anybody else wishing to perform advanced search-and-replacement tasks.
TextCrawler is a text editor which is able to quickly locate a string across either single or multiple files and replace it with something new or remove it altogether. It can work with or without rich text formatting.
Version 3.0.3 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
