TTSReader can read text from various sources including text files, rich-text files and even from the clipboard. Microsoft Word support has also been added.
The voices you select in TTSReader can be modified such as the pitch, volume and reading speed.
Version 1.30 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
