SubC Subtitle Converter is a small and free utility which converts between a few different subtitle formats.
While the application itself is dated, it does support some of the most popular subtitle formats and can also edit various different parts of the subtitle formats it supports such as content, adding and deleting rows and frames per second (FPS).
SubC Subtitle Converter is a completely portable program, meaning the executable file can be carried around on and run from a USB stick without the need for the application to be installed.
Although all subtitle formats a not supported, SubC does support those in MicroDVD, SubRip, SubStation Alpha (SSA) and SubViewer 2.
Version 1.2.0.91 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
