Sound Taxi

Sound Taxi (basic, "Platinum" version) is an audio conversion utility which can convert between various different audio formats at variable speeds, with the Platinum version being the slowest, but least costly version at 6x CD speeds.
A good way to use a program like Sound Taxi is to grab the content of your audio CD tracks and turn them into portable media files such as MP3 or OGG which may be played back on portable music devices such as the iPod, iPhone, iPad or a list of other devices like Android phones or Sony Walkmans.
Though unlike the more deluxe versions of Sound Taxi, the basic version does not support the conversion of video file formats and can only do 2 simultaneous conversions at a time.
Currently, Sound Taxi is able to convert to and from some popular file formats like: WMA, MP3, RA, OGG, M4P, WAV, AA and a couple of others.
Sound Taxi 4.3.3 is a shareware program and can be used as a demo to try the software until the free trial period has ended. A full version of the program is available after the trial period ends.
