This free painting and drawing application sports a familiar interface, as you might expect to find the tools presented in the layout in a program worth over $200. Some of the tools that SmoothDraw includes are pencil, airbrush, paintbrush and specialty brushes like stamps, cross-hatching and more. The other tools you are able to use in this program are pretty much what you would expect in a full commercial image editing package..
Version 4.0.5.0 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
