Free Screen Video Capture is a basic video capturing application which is offered as freeware from Russian company Topview. It performs basic screen capturing and features Record, Pause, Stop, Options and Exit buttons. The functionality beyond the basic VCR-style buttons is unfortunately very limited as most freeware applications in this category.
One of the few customizations that this free screen recorder offers are the option to choose the output compression, frame-rate and bit-rate quality and the audio format.
Version 3.1.7.0 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
