RiteVia Incharge is a free Windows application access control tool that lets an admin locally or remotely control what applications can be used and when and how long each application can be used.
RiteVia Incharge provides Internet access control functions to control what websites can be accessed, what applications are allowed to access the Internet, and how long the Internet can be accessed each day. It can also dynamically detect and block proxy servers.
An admin can locally or remotely view a user's current or history access data, including event logs, keyboard and mouse access statistical diagrams, keystrokes, Internet access logs, and screenshots.
Version 1.10.10 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
