QIP Shot is a freeware screen capture utility developed by a Russian company. Despite the web site being in Russian, the program works fine in English.
The features of the program are pretty cool for a screen capture utility and as such, you can capture not only still images from your desktop screen, but also video playback as well as audio.
For screen capture images, you are able to capture an entire screen or just a selected region of it.
Version 3.4.2 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
