Proxy Searcher is a simple, yet effective program at finding public proxy servers over the Internet.
Within the main interface of Proxy Searcher, you're given access to a search engine which will query many of the publicly available proxy server lists over the Internet. After you've performed the search, a list of public proxy servers is displayed which contains columns with the IP address, port number, country and type. It also displays a color-coded speed estimation.
Version 5.1 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
