Print Tools for Microsoft Outlook is an updated message management application which can automatically, as a batch process, print emails from your Outlook account and does so while including graphical attachments from emails in the folders that you specify.

Because of the fact that Microsoft Outlook does not generally provide HTML files for your messages, it is sometimes difficult to effectively management them and print the messages from a central location. Print Tools helps by providing you with a quick way to print many messages at once.

Print Tools is accessible after installation from the Microsoft Outlook "Print" menu. Support includes MS Outlook 2000, 2002/XP, 2003, 2007 and 2010.

Print Tools for Outlook allows you to print only attachments, only messages or to print the messages with attachments along with the attachments included.
