Photo Magician is a free tool which can optimize images from digital cameras by changing their format, converting compression techniques and reduce color count.
The program works with the top three image formats, namely PNG, JPG and GIF files.
The user interface of Photo Magician isn't difficult to figure out and can either convert 1 image at a time or covert multiple images by using its batch conversion tool.
Several different items may be customized and the program can also apply different effects to images en masse like negative, sepia and greyscale.
Version 14.153 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
