With the freeware online streaming program called PPStream, users can receive television via a peer-to-peer protocol.
The main application of PPStream is divided into three sections which are arranged side by side. On the left side sits the channel list, with the right and center panes for the advertising and a player powered by Windows Media Player.
Since the program interface is in Chinese, it can be rather difficult to find channels and it's pretty much a gamble as to whether you will find something worth watching.
Version 5.1.9.1815 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
