Orange Photo Editor is a very simple image editor which is useful as a tool to produce thumbnails and HTML for people wishing to upload their photos to a web site. Orange Photo is freeware and though it hasn't been updated by the publisher since 2004, it has been tested and works in all modern versions of Windows include Win7, WinVista and WinXP.

Since it's not such a feature-packed picture editor, it can't really be called a suite, but what it does is still pretty useful and that is creating picture sizes for web uploads.

Installation Instructions after you download Orange Photo Editor:

Virtualorange provides you with a WinZip/SevenZip Archive file. Installing from Zip files is easy and can usually be done by double clicking the EXE file in the archive with programs like WinZip or Seven Zip. Alternatively, you can extract the setup and installation files to a directory of your choice and run them from there.
