OblyTile is a simple little application which improves the usefulness of the Windows 8 Start Screen.
With OblyTile, you are given easy access to tile creation without having to mess around with Windows itself.
The layout of the application is easy enough and includes some options to create your own tiles. You can give it a name, provide a shortcut path (Program Path), image icons and customize the tile background from a list of preselected colors.
Version 0.9.9 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
