NaroCAD is an excellent free program to 3D model design, specifically CAD (computer-aided design) projects which includes all of the necessary features and tool to draw points, lines, curves and basic shapes. It also includes premade 3D solids.
The program is based on the technology of OpenCascade and sports both a beautiful and intuitive user interface. All of the options are accessible quickly and arranged in a way that finding and using them is not complicated.
Version 1.6.0 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
