Portable MyLanViewer is useful for a small to medium network where you need to easily share files, messages or keep track of computers on the network. The program can scan for computers and it displays them in a buddy-list format, where you can easily access their technical details and perform tasks with the right-click menu.
You can add computers to favorites for easy access a feature which is useful when there are many computers in the network. If you need a file you can use the search function to find any type of file on the network without having to search each computer individually.
MyLanViewer Portable 6.0.5 is a shareware program and can be used as a demo to try the software until the free trial period has ended. A full version of the program is available after the trial period ends.
