Software Review:
Metal Player is a pretty basic media player when compared to more advanced options like Zoom Player or perhaps VLC Player, but does pack in a few useful features which make it worthwhile.
You can use Metal Player to playback both standard and high-definition videos although in our tests, it functions much better with just standard definition as our HD video was a little sluggish, even on a modern machine. It's not enough to write this media player off, though.
The interface here is basic and elegant due to its minimalistic design.
Version 4.1.4.0 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
