Move over Firefox, we have a new speed demon in town with Maxthon Browser 3. A very lightweight Internet browser, Maxthon offers many features you'd expect to find in a modern browser with an extremely fast and well-built backend. Upon installation, you'll be greeted on the first run with the option to setup the Maxthon Passport which syncs your favourites and other settings anywhere you install it.
On the technical side, Maxthon actually utilizes two display engines, those being Trident and Webkit.
Version 7.1.8.6001 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
