If you want to look up another IP address, for example of a web host or ftp site, MyIP Basic can also show some limited details about those.
Overall, if you're sick of looking up IP addresses on web sites which are filled with ads and annoying popups, MyIP Basic cuts the middle man out an allows you to perform IP WHOIS right from your Windows desktop.
Version 4.0.0.0 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
