Image Tuner is a freeware batch image conversion tool which can resize, rename, convert to and from (png/bmp/gif/jpg) and add watermarks with an extremely easy interface. The overall engine of this freeware is very fast and was recently awarded 5 stars by CNET. It's versatile in its operation and the interface gives you access to the bare essential batch image conversion functions.
The batch watermark feature of Image Tuner can be adjusted by opacity and the batch image convert feature can be adjusted for compression (meaning higher compression will create smaller files, lower compression leaves them on the larger filesize side).
Version 9.9 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
