Unfortunately, professional image suites aren't always optimized for the RAW formats which Sony cameras produce. In any case, Sony does provide its own tool for converting and processing RAW images with its Sony Image Data Converter.
The program interface reminds us of other Sony software products.
Version 5.1.00 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
