Many of the files you download files from the Internet contain descriptive "DIZ" or "NFO" files inside which generally contain ASCII art and text-based logos.
You can actually view these text files with Windows' built-in text editor (Notepad.exe), yet they remain unreadable for the more part. GetDiz was created specifically in order to view these types of files.
Version 4.91 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
