This free desktop enhancement tool is indeed a free clock for Windows which will replace your taskbar clock with something a little more spicey. It can also display your system uptime and includes over 130 different styles of clock (or skins) which you can configure.

The clock will also display more precise timing and can display exact seconds along with the standard time format of hour and minute.
