FreeFileSync is a backup manager which can synchronize changes instantly; it can watch the original file and upon saving changes, apply the changes to copies saved elsewhere.
You can check changes by file size, date or even actual content. You're able to use it in mirror mode which can apply changes to entire folders, whiling also deleting files which have been deleted from the original folder. Other modes include Update Mode and Two-Way Mode

Version 13.4 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
