If you happen to have a folder on your PC which contains a mix of unorganized files, Folder Axe might come in handy as it allows you to easily organize files which currently have no real home.
This application is rather simple, yet ingenious. It allows you to split that one miscellaneous folder into multiple other folders based on a variety of user-selected criteria: filesize, number of files and file names. Once your choose which way you would like to sort the files, Folder Axe will create however many new separate folders necessary.
Version 7.0 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
