EyeDefender is a small and lightweight program which lives in your system tray. Essentially, it reminds you to take a break from staring at your computer screen for hours on end.
The basic idea here is that long usage of a PC may cause health programs and in many cases, it is proven. EyeDefender can be setup to remind you to take a break on an interval which is customizable.
Version 1.09 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
