Evan's WMV Screen Capture is a very basic video recording application which can record the activity on your PC screen.
As the title suggests, this program saves screen activity as a WMV file. It does not contain any special or complicate features and gets the job done pretty easily.
Due to its basic nature, Evan's WMV Screen Capture can probably best be described as designed for novice users who just want to create a basic video file.
Version 0.5 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
