DiskCryptor is a great open source tool which can encrypt data stored on physical hard drives, USB sticks, memory cards and virtually any device that is able to be mounted onto a Windows PC. It is an alternative to TrueCrypt which was recently discontinued.
The program supports dynamic disks and can enable encryption on partitions. It uses built-in algorithms like AES, Twofish and Serpent.
Version 1.1.846.118 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
