DFM2HTML is a basic HTML editor which can be used to create and edit HTML documents with a WYSIWYG layout. One of its highlights is the ability to drag-and-drop elements in to an HTML file.
One interesting feature worth mentioning here is the DHTML menu designer which provides you with a way to create fancy menu items.
DFM2HTML is certainly designed for people without much knowledge of HTML.
Version 8.3 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
