Core Temp

If your computer is running most of the day, or even better, all the time, you may want to know the temperature of your CPU. With Core Temp, you can display this information directly on your desktop.

System components aren't always as top-notch as we would like to think they are. That's why it's important to keep an eye on how hot they are getting and the CPU is the most important component of your system when it comes to temperature.

Core Temp allows you to control the temperature of system microprocessors and currently supports most Intel and AMD central processing units.

This application can warn you if the temperature of your system has become too hot and in some cases, can also adjust the CPU frequency in order to lower the temperature.
