Available as both an installation package and portable freeware, Cool PDF Reader has got to be the smallest application which can view and print Adobe PDF files from virtually all different versions released over the years.
As you might expect from such a small program, Cool PDF Reader has a straight-forward interface without too much which you might consider flashy and bloated. Viewing a PDF file is as easy using the file browser built-in.
After opening a PDF file, you're able to view the multiple pages of the document, if applicable.
Version 3.21 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
