CHOP is a small utility which functions as a basic file splitter which makes distribution of your files easier over slow Internet or Intranet connections. It is a command-line utility which pre-sets for sizes mainly for emailing or for burning large files on to a compact disc.
The other program included is UNCHOP which does exactly the opposite of the main program, CHOP.
