Boot Animation Factory is basically an image conversion tool with some extras included especially for creating Android boot sequence animations.
The program mainly supports animated GIF files yet also offers the option of including sounds with the boot animations.
In terms of layout, the program isn't too intuitive and it takes a little bit of time to get the hang of working with Boot Animation Factory. With that said, it is possible to create boot sequence animations and then preview them with the app.
Version 1.4.1 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
