With Bitmeter II, you are provided with an easy way to measure how much of your connection has been used over a period of time, such as a billing period. You can also use it to control how much speed is being used by your Internet connection and how much total data should be used.
Bitmeter II is very customizable and comes with many different configuration options.
Version 3.6.0 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
