Aura is a small utility for Windows which makes a quick and funky modification: it changes the colour of your Windows (and their transparency) depending upon the colour of your background.
Useful for those running a desktop with a rotating desktop background, this application is small and uses virtually no memory. It runs in the background and when no longer needed, uninstalls completely.
