About this software:
Arasan is a chess program for Windows that currently includes an opening "book" with over 400,000 moves.
Arasan comes with its own graphical user interface, but it can also be used together with Winboard, a separate interface program, as well as other interfaces that follow the Winboard or UCI standard. One example is Arena Chess.
Arasan's own interface has on-line help, which you should see if you need more information.
Version 23.2 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
