AllNotes is a free note taking program which includes many different features for customizing the look and feel of its entries.
As a portable application, AllNotes may be downloaded and run without actually installing the app.
Notes that have been added to the program may contain a subject line, categories and the actual notes themselves. The content may be color-coded with either red, black, green or blue while also providing the rich text options of bold or underline.
Version 2.23e is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
