7 (Plus) Taskbar Tweaker is a small desktop enhancement utility which provides additional functionality to the Windows 7 and Windows 8 taskbar.
With 7+ Taskbar Tweaker, you can change the behavior of drag-and-drop, modify center and left click behavior, change windows clustering options and change the right click button so that it shows the menu instead of the jump list.
Another function of 7+ Taskbar Tweaker is also a tool to change the behavior of certain specific programs.
This program functions properly under Windows 8 in addition to its obvious support for W7.
Version 5.14.1 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
