$21 million winner in Toronto

Somebody in Toronto should be looking forward to a very lucky halloween treat after a single person or a group purchased a lotto 6/49 ticket worth over $21 million.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. (OLGC) made the announcement on Sunday that the lucky winner will be able to cash out, indeed a very large cheque.

While not the biggest win in history, it's quite a hefty prize won by a single person. A BC man also woke up a bit richer with a $50 million win.

No word yet on who the actual Toronto winner is, but our congrats!
