Following the September 11 timeline

The United States was hit below the belt on September 11th, two massive air liner jets were smashed into the twin towers of the World Trade Center, and one into the Pentagon. The whole world has felt the aftermath of this tragedy. The airliners are going out, while the news and media is skyrocketing.

What was behind this attack? Many people ask themselves. But is the American people so naive to realize what is truly behind these terrorist attacks? Or is the media making it look this way.

The United States has blindly backed Israel from the beginning. A land that the Jews say is their own. How true is this? Their 'bible' say Israel is theirs, however, the Palastines were there first, kicked out of their homes shortly after world war ii when Israel became a state. This is one of the reasons behind the terrorist attacks. 50 million Jews live in America today, so to get the votes of these 50 million, the USA must support Israel.

What comes to my mind, is, why does the USA get involved with foreign affairs, when it has nothing to do with the Americans? Good question to ask yourself. Is it really that hard to answer. It is for the American government, if they don't like one person they will attack a whole nation.

Recent propaganda has been sent to the Afghan people, telling them the Americans are there to help them while they bomb major centers in the country. The Afghans are so

immune to propaganda because of the amount of war and battle they have witnessed. The Americans are worsening their stand with the Afghan people. As one of the propaganda radio broadcasts played traditional Afghan folk music (used at weddings) while they bombed areas in which people inhabit. This is not very sensitive to a people that know nothing but war and anger.

So what does "The War on Terrorism" really mean? A war on Osama Bin Laden? A war on Afghanistan? A war on Taliban? It could mean everyone of those. Afghan people are being killed, Taliban is a main target, Osama Bin Laden and his organization Al Qaeda is a target. A war with no actual main target. The Americans are so obsessed with war, that they go to war without an absolute target.

If they do capture Bin Laden, while chances are very slim, Terrorism is more likely to rise than to fall with the removal of Osama Bin Laden. So why is the USA trying to defeat terrorism while they could be focusing more on national security and immigration policies. Will anybody ever know? Or will the Bush government set everything straight.

There's one thing for sure, the USA will never be the same. It could be the fall of the United States as the most powerful nation in the world if the terrorism goes on as promised.
