WinGuard Pro

WinGuard Pro consists of a small set of tools with the main task of keeping your entire system secure. The program is password protected, making sure that any viruses and malware are unable to actually access your system and make any changes. This application's main goal is to encrypt sensitive information.

The main interface of WinGuard Pro is certainly nothing special, as the three main options on the main screen consist of Load Configuration, Unlocked All Programs and Relock Advanced Programs.

WinGuard Pro supports encryption through its main window and from there, you are able to set protection on files and folders you would like to keep away from potentially prying eyes. Encryption is based on the RC4 method, the overall most used cipher used to protect Internet traffic and wireless networking.

Overall, you are provided with a default password which you are encouraged to change. The program also has a password timer which lets you know when it's time to create a new password, making sure to thwart any unauthorized access by means of brute force attacks.
