SecureFX

SecureFX is an FTP client optimized and design for secure file transfer using the SFTP protocol, very similar to their SecureCRT program which is for secure shell (SSH) and telnet connections.

As an FTP client, SecureFX typically supports normal FTP connections which are unsecured. However with the secure function of SecureF, it supports Kerberos (GSSAPI), X.509 authentication and an FIPS 140-2 validated cryptographic library.

The main interface of SecureFX is similar to that of FlashFXP, CuteFTP and WS_FTP Pro. A freeware alternative known as FileZilla is also comparable to SecureFX. Drag-and-drop is supported as a must-have feature for any modern FTP client and most, if not all options are easily configurable in the program options. This version include a free 30-day trial that is fully-functional.

SecureFX 7.1 is licensed as Shareware for the Windows operating system / platform and can be used as a free trial until the trial period ends. SecureFX is available to all software users as a free download (Shareware) with potential restrictions and is not necessarily the download of the full version.
