Positive SMS V2 is a free downloadable desktop tool for desktop to mobile texting. The Java based software works on PIII, XP, 98 with Java runtime environment and requires an internet connection. Registration for a username and password is required at the web site - 10 free test SMS upon registration. Networks supported available on a list, time stamps available in beta version. Throughput 3 sms/sec Bulk sms, Unicode picture messaging.
